Your dental health is very much a part of your overall physical wellbeing. If you’re eating well and brushing your teeth regularly, then you should have healthy teeth and gums.

3. High Energy Levels

When you’re eating a healthy diet and getting enough exercise, your body weight should reflect this. If you’re an unhealthy weight (either too heavy or too light) this will almost always mean something is amiss.

5. Healthy Bowel Movements
Your bowel movements are like the canary in the coal mine. Often, they’re the first sign that something is going on with your health. When you eat a balanced diet and drink plenty of water, your bowel movements should be regular and easy to pass.
Generally speaking, you should be having a bowel movement every 1 to 2 days. It should be passed in one piece and not be too hard or soft.
